I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was excellent, close to the ferry to the island, but the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a great value for money.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite dirty, with spider webs hanging around, and the light in the bathroom was dangling from the ceiling. The view from the room was unfortunately obstructed by the parking lot, taking away from the potentially beautiful lake view. On the bright side, the service was decent, and the staff, especially the kind cleaning lady who escorted us to our room, were helpful. The location wasn't perfect but being next to a ferry service to the island was a plus. Unfortunately, the separate building and lack of maintenance were drawbacks. But there were some positives, including the Spanish food available. Overall, the facilities left much to be desired. However, there was some value for money in certain aspects, despite the need for improvements.

The hotel was beautifully located within walking distance to downtown and the convenient boat to the island, making it worth the stay. The rooms, although clean, appeared old and somewhat rundown. The service was lacking, with a mix of attentive staff but also instances where the police had to be called for safety concerns. The location was great for exploring the town on a last-minute trip over Memorial Day weekend. The dining options fell short of expectations with limited variety. The facilities offered were duty, inside and out.
